Shipping rates are based on all purchased products’ weight and the region or country they are sent to. Note: Some countries are not eligible because of their legal or shipping carrier restrictions. Also, some countries include customs fees, paid for at the customer’s expense.

Approximately 5-14 business days within the US and Canada. Europe and other countries will take longer and are subject to customs/inspections. Timeframes do not include the time it takes to create the products.

If you have waited the 14 business days after production and still haven’t received your order, please email gigi@gigimeier.com with your name, order number, and products ordered so we can track it down.
